Lentil Curry 🍛 Ingredients - 1 can of lentil Lentil Curry 🍛  Ingredients  - 1 can of lentils, drained 
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained 
- 1 can of coconut milk 
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped 
- 1 small piece of ginger, chopped 
- 5 spring onions, chopped 
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved 
- 2 tbsp curry powder 
- 1 tbsp turmeric 
- 1 lemon, juiced 
- 1 handful of spinach 
- 1 tbsp of olive oil 
- 1 tsp salt  Method  - Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the ginger, garlic and salt 
- Fry for 2-4 minutes before adding the spring onions and tomatoes
- Fry for a further 2-3 minutes before adding the coconut milk, chickpeas, lentils, curry powder, turmeric and lemon juice 
- Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cook for an additional 5 minutes before adding the spinach 
- Serve with toasted sourdough or brown rice  Enjoy ✨

No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars 🤎 Ingredients No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars 🤎  Ingredients  - 3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups nut butter (I used almond butter) 
- 1 cup maple syrup 
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil  Method  - Combine oats and coconut in a bowl
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla and stir well until combined
- Line a tin with grease proof paper and equally distribute the oat mixture 
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or in a pan, stirring well
- Pour the chocolate over the oat mixture and spread evenly
- Freeze until chocolate has set 
- Cut into squares and enjoy!

How many of you are caught up by the offer stands, which are usually fully of processed foods and quick fixes.  Try and fill your basket with an array of colour from natural ingredients. Filling up on veggies will not only aid you in your weight loss goal, but provide a whole heap of other benefits from cleaner skin and more energy!
Now we all know Khloe @khloekardashian (I say that Now we all know Khloe @khloekardashian (I say that like i know her) trains hard, often doing 5am workouts to ensure she fits them in hectic days and before True gets up, but I have to say I am a fan of her style of training!  @womenshealthuk and I dived into her workout routine and here is a little look at what she can get up to:  She spends 30-40 minute on cardio / circuits then a further 30-40 minutes strength training pivoting on body part focus - usually broken down into lower / upper and core  Circuit HIIT WORKOUT  ⚡️Warm-up: Sidestep with Medicine Ball – 30 seconds x 4
⚡️Tricep Dip + Tricep Push-Up – 10 reps each x 4
⚡️Forearm Planks + Mountain Climbers – 15 seconds each x 4
⚡️Thruster (Squat + Curl + Overhead press with dumbbells) – 10 reps
⚡️Leg Raises – 10 reps per side x 2 with 10 second hold
⚡️Side Leg Raises – 10 reps per side x 2 with 10 second hold 
⚡️Step Ups – 10 reps per leg x 2  
⚡️Single Arm Partner Plank – 15 seconds per arm x 2   Ab workout  ⚡️Pushups on the Bosu ball – 30 seconds
⚡️Pushups alternating with kneeups on the Bosu ball – 30 seconds
⚡️Jack-knife pushups – 30 seconds
⚡️Knee to elbow (both legs) – 30 seconds
⚡️Jump squats – 30 seconds  Repeat all of the above 2-3 more times.  BUTT Finisher  ⚡️Fire hydrants - 30 seconds 
⚡️Leg extension pulses - 30 seconds

Mexican Salad 🤍 Ingredients: - Lettuce, chopp Mexican Salad 🤍  Ingredients:  - Lettuce, chopped 🥬 
- 1 handful tomatoes, halved 🍅 
- 1 pepper, sliced 
- 1 can black beans, strained 
- 1/2 avocado, sliced 🥑 
- 1/2 cup quinoa 
- Feta, cubed 
- Olive oil, lemon juice and chilli flakes for the dressing 
- Tortilla chips  Method:  - Chop the lettuce, half the tomatoes and slice the peppers 
- Add to a large bowl with the black beans, quinoa and feta 
- Toss together and add the avocado and dressing
- Serve with tortilla chips  Enjoy 😊

You’re more than just a number. Weigh ins are gr You’re more than just a number. Weigh ins are great a tool to see if you are on track, but pictures hold so much value.  Of course, the goal is to be within a healthy weight range, however there are so many elements that effect our overall weight - from muscle mass, hormones, the skeletal frame etc etc which is why I always ask my clients to picture their progress.  For some of these clients, they have put on weight, but decreased in overall size. So really, don’t obsess over the scales ❤️
