My philosophy is all about bringing the best you forward; it’s about nourishing your mind and body fitness, developing a deeper understanding in fields you are interested in and loving who you are!
Fitness, Food and Beauty all go hand in hand, and I created this site to share little snippets into my life, my regimes and the things I have learnt and continue to learn along the way.
It has taken a while, but I never use to have this mind frame, I use to obsess over the way I looked, strive to loose weight, restrict my calories, follow fad diets and buy the latest beauty products on the market, in the quest for ‘glowing’ blemish free skin and that unattainable physique.
I have been lucky enough to be surrounded by some amazing people, whether or not all of them are still in my life. I believe that every person that comes into your life does so for a reason, to help you grow and become a better you, even if you have faced difficult times with said person. With time you can become more mindful, especially if you make a conscious effort to do so. Mindful of your reactions, the way you treat others, your lifestyle choices, and become a happier and healthier you.
So . . . Let me share with you my love of all things health & wellbeing – from my experiences as a personal trainer, recipes you can try (and believe me they will be simple and easy to make because I HATE cooking), skincare tips and much more . . .
