Vanilla & Chocolate Protein Cookies

These are actually amazing and definitely worth the effort of baking (although it’s not that hard).

Ingredients:

250ml egg whites

40g protein world vanilla slender protein 

50g coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

Handful of Brazilian Nuts 

30g melted coconut oil 

65ml Almond milk 

65g Cocoa Plus High protein chocolate 

 

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 340 F or 170 C.
  2. Mix together egg, protein powder, coconut flour, baking soda, coconut oil, milk, and ground nuts to make a dough.
  3. Break the chocolate into small chunks 
  4. Mix into the dough 
  5. Form small cookies from the dough and place on a greased baking tray
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes
