Turmeric Smoothie

Something I have been adding to my diet more recently is Kefir – it is so good to help with digestion and just for your skin in general. This turmeric smoothie makes you feel good from the inside out, so it is definitely worth making. With only 5 ingredients, it’s easy to prepare and makes hardly any mess.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 cup Mango frozen
¾ cup plain kefir
1/2 tsp Turmeric
100-200ml Milk (of choice) depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
Method:
Blend all together and enjoy!
