Sweat, Strengthen & Sculpt – Workout 2
This workout will make sure you get super sweaty, as well as help to strengthen & sculpt your whole body. It’s doesn’t matter where you are, just as long as you try!
Remember to go at your own pace, challenge yourself and feel free to message me for any modifications/with any questions – all these exercises can be increased or decreased in difficulty.
Hardcore: 45 secs on / 15 secs rest
Intermediate: 30 secs on / 30 secs rest
Beginner: 15 – 20 secs on / 45 – 40 secs rest
Take up to 2 mins rest after each round.
