I am a huge fan of things you can prep and leave ready for those early starts! 5:30am can be savage, but it’s nice knowing I have something waiting for me and I don’t have to do anything.
150g organic oats
3 tbsp chia seeds
400ml coconut or almond milk
50-100ml water (depends how you like your oats)
1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings of choice – I recommend fruit, nuts, coconut or honey!
1. Add oats, chia and cinnamon to a large bowl.
2. Add milk. Depending on the consistency that you like you could add an extra 50-100ml of water.
3. Refrigerate over night.
4. You can add more liquid in the morning if it is too thick. Serve with some any combination of fruits, seeds and nuts.
